CANCELLATION POLICY

THE POLICY

We understand that schedules can sometimes shift unexpectedly. To ensure efficient booking management and respect for our artists' time, we kindly request a notification for any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $40 fee.

Additionally, we strive to maintain punctuality and provide excellent service to all our clients. If you anticipate being delayed, please notify us as soon as possible. A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed for tardiness. Beyond this timeframe, a $20 fee will be applied to accommodate for the time reserved for your appointment.
