1. Appointment Booking and Deposits

1.1. Deposit Policy: To secure your appointment, a $20 deposit is required, which will be credited towards your chosen treatment and serves as a commitment token.

 

1.2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a $40 cancellation fee.

 

1.3. Late Arrival: If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, a $20 late fee will be charged.

 

1.4. Forfeiture: Deposits are only forfeited if you fail to show up for your appointment without notice.

 

2. Services

 

2.1. Consultation: We provide consultations before every service to understand your preferences and ensure the best results.

 

2.2. Results: While we strive for the best outcomes, results may vary based on individual factors such as natural lash condition and aftercare.

 

2.3. Aftercare: Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining the integrity of your treatment. We provide detailed aftercare instructions for your convenience.

 

3. Payment

 

3.1. Fees: Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment, minus the deposit already paid.

 

3.2. Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

 

4. Liability

 

4.1. Allergies and Reactions: We are not liable for any allergic reactions or complications resulting from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies or medical conditions before the appointment.

 

4.2. Lash Integrity: While we take utmost care during application, we are not responsible for any damage to natural lashes due to improper aftercare or individual factors.

 

4.3. Waxing and Brow Treatments: While we strive for precision and safety in our waxing and brow treatments, clients understand that there may be risks associated with these services, including but not limited to skin irritation or allergic reactions.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

5.1. Ownership: All content on our website and related materials, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and videos, are the property of  XOXO Beauty Bar and are protected by copyright laws.
